BA is a long-established British airline. I redesigned the main page and the booking stage.
Overview
British Airways is inconvenient to make reservations due to the lack of information and complicated layout. I redesigned home page and reservation page, so that users to easily find the information they need and complete their reservation with greater convenience.

Grid System

The web was redesigned using the grid system. From the website to the reservation page, I worked on three devices: web, tablet, mobile

Style Guide

01 Main Page

This is the main page where users can book flight, hotel and car. The right side shows the promotional image currently in progress. Users can easily view promotions at a glance while making reservations without having to scroll down.

02 Manage booking

Check the flight information they have booked. Users can change or cancel or can check-in online before heading to the airport. They can also check this information through their mobile app.

03 Travel Product

It shows a list of travel products that can be booked together with a flight and a hotel. Users can select and view by category. It has become easier to check products in specific categories compared to the previous design.

05 Reservation Page

This is the reservation page that appears when user search for the desired flight. Users can check the price and information for each class.

Responsive Design

What I learned from this project
  • Process of responsive design
I know how websites should adapt to various devices. When the device changes, some content becomes bigger and some content smaller, so it had to be designed with consideration in mind.
